In 2016,  two Ekom’s trustees and one other volunteer embarked on charity trip to India. Three camps and one prosthetic limb cam was organised. Ekom fully funded circa 300 cataract operation and 70 prosthetic limbs including ten polio. The eye camps were mainly held in poor rural locations to serve the community that couldn’t afford a simple cataract operation. Free issue of specs, hearing aid, crutches, wheel chairs, tricycle was included in the projects
